Welcome back to Ocho Spa!
If you or a family member is showing any signs of coronavirus (a new, continuous cough,
high temperature or loss of taste/smell) PLEASE DO NOT ATTEND YOUR APPOINTMENT.
Please do not arrive earlier than 5-10 minutes early for your appointment. If you are earlier than this,
we must ask you to wait outside the spa as we are trying to minimise as much unnecessary contact as possible.
Upon arrival, you will be asked for your best contact details. This is to help with the
Test and Protect programme, and will not be used for any other correspondence.
All new guidelines will be explained by your therapist prior to your appointment. We have come up with these in
accordance with government guidelines so as to provide a safe environment but any questions please ask us!
In accordance with these guidelines and depending on your treatment, we may ask you
to wear a face covering. If you have your own, please feel free to wear this to your appointment!
Please wash/sanitise your hands before and after your treatment. Please do not be offended
if we ask you to do this, it is one of the most important things we can do to avoid contamination.
Please touch as little as possible while in the spa. If there is something you would like
to purchase from our cabinets, ask your therapist and she can organise this for you.
All tea, water and magazines have been removed for the time being. If you would like a drink of water,
your therapist will give you this in a disposable cup. Please dispose of this in the bin provided, and avoid
laying it on a surface if possible. Alternatively please bring your own water.
Please pay contactless where available. The contactless limit has now been raised to £45
to help minimise contact as much as possible.
RELAX. We want Ocho to be the same fun, warm and relaxing place as it was before
so if you have any questions about our regulations or are nervous in any way,
please contact us directly and we will do our best to make you feel at ease.
